What: The Vicar’s Picnic – Yalding Music Festival

Putting experience before profit while bringing the best in new breaking artists alongside established bands in a family-friendly environment on the banks of the river Medway. This year’s headliner is Reef.

What: Rare Breeds Weekend at the Farm
Where: Tatton Park, Greater Manchester
When: Saturday and Sunday
Cost: Adult £6, children £4, family ticket (two adults and up to three children) £27.50
The Farm is a rare breed approved conservation centre, so go along and meet Myrtle the Middle White and all of her piggy friends, their Red Poll cattle, Leicester Longwool sheep and others. Help promote and raise awareness of these endangered breeds.

An annual festival on Morecambe seafront where, for two days, the skies are full of spectacular shapes and colours. There’s also a music stage showcasing some local artists, plus stalls, workshops, arts activities and much more.
